Directions for Use

Each preparation makes 6 serves:

1. ‘Bloom’ the Gutsy Gummies by adding 50g (1/3 cup) of the powder to 100ml of water, stirring until the mixture reaches a smooth texture.
2. Add 250ml of recently boiled, hot water to the bloomed mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Pour into moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
